The purpose of the Financial Services Tribunal Legal Advisory Committee (LAC) is to provide confidential advice to the Financial Services Tribunal ("FST") to assist it in fulfilling its responsibilities under the Financial Services Commission of Ontario Act. 

The Members of the LAC have experience in litigation or administrative law and many have argued cases before the FST and the courts.  The LAC is guided by Terms of Reference set by the FST.
