A pre-hearing conference is being scheduled. Updated to September 12, 2008 On October 3, 2008, an application for party status was filed by Parmalat Canada Inc. A pre-hearing conference is scheduled for November 14, 2008. Updated to October 24, 2008 At a pre-hearing conference on November 14, 2008, full party status was granted to Parmalat Canada Inc.
