Updated to October 24, 2008 On November 12, 2008, an application for party status was filed by PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., the Administrator of the pension plans. Updated to November 24, 2008 On December 2, 2008, the Applicant filed a withdrawal of its request for hearing on the condition that PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. (“PWC”), withdraw its claim for costs in respect of the hearing request against Mr. Beauchamp, the Applicant, who filed the request for hearing on behalf of Amcan Castings Limited.
On December 3, 2008, PWC withdrew its claim for costs against Mr. Beauchamp and asked the Tribunal to accept the withdrawal of the request for hearing. The Tribunal accepted the withdrawal and closed its file. |
