At the pre-hearing conference on October 3, 2011 the parties informed the Tribunal that Minutes of Settlement have been entered into by the parties.  A further pre-hearing conference is scheduled for January 30, 2012 at which time the parties expect to update the Tribunal on the status of the withdrawal of the request for hearing.
