On July 2, 2009, the parties requested on consent an adjournment of the pre-hearing conference in order to commence settlement discussions.  The Tribunal granted the adjournment and rescheduled the pre-hearing conference to October 14, 2009.

On September 22, 2009, the parties requested on consent a further adjournment of the pre-hearing conference to permit more time to continue settlement discussions. The Tribunal granted the adjournment and rescheduled the pre-hearing conference to February 18, 2010.
